This course provided valuable information and insight into all major areas of clinical care. We obtained a fresh perspective and helpful action items to improve clinic efficiency. The course was very interesting and engaging. It far surpassed my expectations. Every module was extremely beneficial and advantageous for our clinic.
This course has been extremely beneficial to me and my workplace. CI recipients will benefit immensely from the knowledge obtained from each topic this course covers. The content included advanced topics, which were evidence-based, that are not typically discussed in AuD programs.
The Cochlear Implant Team Efficiency course was a wonderful opportunity for our CI core team to learn ways to improve our CI processes. Perhaps even more beneficial than the course itself was the time it gave our team to discuss broader topics for the CI program instead of focusing solely on patient care. We hope to continue to move that work forward and to continue having regular meetings.
