Holly FB Teagle, AuD is currently an Associate Professor in Audiology at the University of Auckland and the Clinical Director at The Hearing House in Auckland, New Zealand. Her 38-year career in Audiology has focused on cochlear implantation. Prior to living in New Zealand, Holly was a part of clinical care and translational research teams at the Universities of Iowa and North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She has published over 70 peer reviewed articles or book chapters or conference proceedings. Research interests include cochlear implant outcomes and clinical management issues; teaching priorities include pediatric management, speech perception, and expanding scope of practice for Audiology; service roles center around advocacy for promoting cochlear implant uptake.
